Most Ridiculous Copyright Violation Ever

I just happened to see an email that I apparently overlooked until now. The gist of the email is to inform me that somehow my video of a fireworks show we attended on this past 4th of July is in violation of a copyright by Sony. Upon closer inspection, I read that the exact area of violation is a "musical composition". So I thought about that for a while and it dawned on me that barely audible in the background of this video, hardly recognizable behind the booms and the crowd, is a track playing Neil Diamond-"Coming to America", Bruce Springsteen-"Born in The USA" and Lee Greenwood's "Proud To Be An American". Actually to be fair, the notice says that I do not need to take action but that ads may appear with my video. Sony ads I would assume. I'm not sure if YouTube has someone sitting there inspecting every single one of the tens of thousands of videos uploaded everyday or if Sony has people inspecting videos or if software does it, but I think this has to be included in the 10 most ridiculous things I've ever seen category. Here's the video, see for yourself:

Bear in mind that this is a recoding of an event. I have no control over the music they play at the event. I am only recording what actually took place. I did not add a soundtrack to the video. This is a great example of the lengths these corporate giants  will go to to make sure you lowly citizen pay your fair share for their corporate owned product. I encourage you all to find these songs on your favorite P2P filesharing network and download them. And by all means, play my fireworks video with it's "pirated" soundtrack to your hearts content.  I've seen media reports of people being sued by these goons for hundreds of thousands of dollars for having unlicensed songs on their hard drives. Normal citizens in which these suits could completely devastate their lives. I am glad to see artists starting to bypass these companies and publish and distribute their own material thereby cutting them completely out of the picture. Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch.
